The Kathrene

The Kathrene is well situated and enjoys an elevated position on Fleetwood's Esplanade, with superb uninterrupted views across Morecambe Bay to the Lake district hills beyond.

This is a family run establishment with proprietors on site is offering a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with high standard of comfort and offers single, twin, double and kingsize beds, with everything provided except towels and personal toiletries.

Each apartment has its own door and front door keys, cooker, fridge, microwave, flat screen colour TV with built in freeview and free Wi-Fi.

There is an attractive Sun Lounge available to guests where you can sit and relax, take in the view, admire the spectacular sunsets and watch the world go by.

It is situated opposite to a children's playground, splash park and near to the leisure center and Marine Hall with its wide selection of concerts and shows.

Shops and transport are nearby and you can take the tram for a ride to Blackpool and back. There is unlimited free parking along the Esplanade.

Terms and conditions

No Smoking inside the building. There will be an additional cleaning fee of £100 if this rule is breached.
For Fire safety designated fire doors to be kept closed. Deep fat frying and candles are not allowed. If you leave the flat unoccupied for a night let us know.
The number of persons in a flat must not exceed those booked and pets are by arrangement. You must only receive guests by prior consent and the proprietor has the right to refuse.
All guests must conduct themselves in an acceptable manner in the interest of all occupants. Please do not make any excessive noise.
For the comfort of other guests we please do not cook strong smelling foods such as heavily spiced food or smoked fish.
Washing and drying must not be undertaken at any times
Guests are responsible for damage, breakage and missing items and will be charged for them. Please inform us when this happens.
We cannot accept any liability for loss off articles, valuables or injury to guests.
Please leave your apartment clean and tidy, as you found it, and to ensure a quick turn round please take the bedding off.
The front door is to be kept locked at all times. Loss of keys is £15
To avoid disappointment if you have to cancel we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
Please note that on booking there is a contract in force. If you cancel, whatever the reason, monies paid are not refundable unless we are able to re-let the flat.
In order to comply with the unfair contract terms act we must point out you are liable to pay the balance.
Cancellations must be made in writing
